Information Collection and Use
Author collects “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as original character descriptions. Personal Information includes the Client's email address which Client submits to Nananarc through the Request for Commission Google Form.
Service Providers
The Author do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing and commercial purposes the Client's Personal Information with third parties without the Client's consent.
The Author may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate Service;
To perform Service-related services; or
To assist in analyzing how Service is used.
These third parties may have access to Client’s Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on Author’s behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Security
The Author values mutual trust in providing us Personal Information, thus The Author strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But by choosing to commission Nananarc, Client has agreed that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and The Author cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Nananarc’s Service will contain links to different sites. If the Client clicks on a third-party link, the Client will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by The Author. Therefore, The Author strongly advises the Client to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. The Author has no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
